Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at this hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, although the constant temperature of 23 C day and night was a bit too warm for my liking. The service was excellent, with very helpful staff who had a positive attitude. The location, while convenient for business purposes, was in a development area with ongoing construction, which may not be ideal for tourists. The dining experience was enjoyable, with delicious food that stood out as one of the best things about the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, offering great comfort, but the non-smoking policy didn't prevent noise disturbances between 2:00 AM to 3:00 AM. The constant temperature of 23 C, deemed too hot for sleeping, was a downside for me.
The hotel is a decent option with some drawbacks. The rooms, while acceptable for a smaller hotel, lack certain essentials like mirrors and light switches in the hallway leading to the suite. The service, although polite and friendly, had a hiccup with an embarrassing incident related to breakfast payment. The location, though not conveniently close to major attractions, offers a variety of dining options nearby. While the dining experience and facilities have their ups and downs, there are notable positives mixed with some negatives.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms but lacked essential items in the hallway. It maintained a constant warm temperature, suitable for some but too hot for me, especially for a large 4-5 star hotel with over 300 rooms. Despite this, the size and cleanliness of the room were commendable.
The hotel is situated in a remote area of Shanghai, quite far from the subway, making it less convenient for tourists. Despite the nice dining experience, unfriendly winter conditions without central heating can be a drawback. The service was satisfactory, with helpful staff using navigation to guide guests to the right roads.
